Our company

Agriturismo Il Ponte

is located on Località Gattaia in the municipality of Vicchio, Giotto's birthplace, about 40 km from Florence. We boast 100 hectares planted with grains, corn, barley, fodder, alfalfa and weeds used to feed about 100 suckler cows, 300 beef calves and 100 pigs.

We are a family business, managed directly by the owner and his children for more than 35 years. Our love for rustic traditions, as well as our passion for animals and nature,  characterise our products' authenticity and distinctiveness.

Nestled on the banks of the Mucciona stream, we breed Limousine cattle, national crossbreeds and Large White pigs.

Il Ponte's farm is also an agriturismo. The farmhouse is, in fact, divided into two stylishly furnished apartments with large open spaces.

Upon reservation, we can prepare lunch or dinner using our farm's products, which include grilled and cured meats.
